Medical Social Worker - Patient & Family Services - Plastic Surgery/Cranio Facial/Cochlear Implant CSUMMARY: This position is accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, brief therapy, case consultation with the healthcare team and collaboration with other professionals in the community. Mental Health interventions, including 5150/5585 evaluations, are an essential component of the service provision.
POSITION DETAILS: Full time, 80 hours per pay period.
PAY RANGE: $36.00-$56.00
