Dispensing Audiologist - Audiology - FT/Days

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with auditory disorders/hearing impairments and dispensing hearing aids. Completes diagnostic assessment to rule out or define hearing impairment. Completes hearing aid and assistive device selection and dispensation. Develops, implements, and evaluates developmentally/culturally appropriate education to meet the learning needs of the patient/family.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  This position requires a Masters Degree in Audiology.  Doctorate degree in Audiology preferred. 
• AU - Audiologist License & CAHAD - CA Hearing Aid Dispenser License are required. 
• BLS - Basic Life Support is required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position. 
• ASHA - American Speech Language Association preferred. 
• A minimum of three years pediatric experience, or five years of related experience preferred. 
• Bilingual skills preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period. Day shifts.

PAY RANGE: $45.95 - $70.40
