Advanced Perioperative Coordinator RN - Neurosurgery - Full Time/DaysSUMMARY: This position is accountable for serving as a consultant in the care of peri-operative patients and functions as an expert practitioner and role model by utilizing the nursing process to provide care to complex patients. The incumbent provides patient, family, and staff education; leadership in identifying and reviewing nursing clinical practice and procedures, equipment and processes that will enhance clinical operations and patient care outcomes. Serves as a patient and family advocate. The Perioperative Coordinator creates, implements, and evaluates developmentally/culturally appropriate education to meet the learning needs of the patient/family.
REQUIREMENTS:
POSITION DETAILS: Full Time, benefitted, 6 x 11.5-hour shifts per pay period, Day shift
PAY RANGE: $47.50 - $70.60
