This position is responsible for the management of assigned organizational projects or changes. Manages projects from original concept through final implementation and provides a single point of contact for these efforts. In conjunction with assigned leadership and the Director of Construction, manages and organizes enterprise-wide projects, including technology/system implementation, facility construction, and programs/service implementations. Ensures adherence to quality standards, Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies, manages vendor/external agency integration and provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
The Valley Children’s Healthcare Construction department manages our Madera hospital construction improvement projects along with campus and community development projects throughout the central valley. We work closely with the California Department of Healthcare Access and Information (HCAI) and the local authorities have jurisdiction to ensure all our projects conform to all required local and state building codes and compliance requirements.
