Join a passionate, mission-driven team that’s shaping the future of pediatric care. Valley Children’s Healthcare is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our Ambulatory Operations. This director-level role reports directly to the Vice President, Medical Group and Ancillary Operations, and plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, patient experience, and staff development across our ambulatory division.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned ambulatory programs
• Partner with medical, clinical, and nursing teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Oversee program leaders and support them in managing day-to-day operations
• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of operating and capital budgets
• Drive continuous quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Develop a strong leadership pipeline, emphasizing dyad leadership principles
• Maintain 24-hour accountability for department performance and alignment with organizational goals

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum three (3) years management experience required.
• Minimum five (5) years increasingly responsible experience which demonstrates proficiency in the skills and knowledge required to perform the job preferred. 

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• College Degree - 4 year in related field required.
• Master's Degree in related field preferred.
