SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Planning and Data Analytics, this position collaborates with the director to lead planning engagements to develop, monitor, and update business plans such as clinical service line plans, medical staffing plans, program funding models and other planning needs for the organization. The position supports the director in engagements to develop, monitor, and update long-range business plans such as organizational strategic plans, regional growth plans and master site facility plans. The position also leverages key departmental, organizational and external information systems to obtain data, produce analysis and generate financial statements for projects. As part of the Business Development team, the position contributes to maintaining the integrity of data in the department's information systems to ensure high quality, professional deliverables.
The Valley Children’s Business Development Department is dedicated to evaluating and supporting the planning of new and expanded services. Our team handles volume projections and includes Organizational Data Analytics, which drives the organization’s data strategy and provides critical analysis for hospital and medical leadership.
